Boys Dance Too is a statement piece based on the online retailer of the same name focused on removing the stigma surrounding boys, men, and male-presenting people who dance for a career or as a hobby.
The designs of the illustrations were inspired by ballet positions and primarily male symbolism.
The concept, “men in the workplace,” is portrayed through figures dressed for stereotypically male professions but posed in dance positions along with the depiction of a pair of ballet slippers hanging off of a Mars symbol.
